Every season, every minimum stay, published in full. No enquiry form standing between you and a number, and nothing added at checkout that you did not see here first.

Most guests stay longer than a week.
The monthly rate already includes the length discount, so there is nothing to negotiate. One arrival, one departure, and the house settles into being yours.

Platform totals are estimates — guest service fees vary by booking length, party size and how far ahead you book. The direct figure is exact.
The details
- Tax
- All rates exclude 13% Costa Rican IVA, which is added at checkout and shown separately. A 480 dollar total on a $425 night, for example.
- Cleaning
- A one-time $120 fee per stay, whatever its length.
- Occupancy
- Sleeps 6 across three ensuite bedrooms — one king and two queens. A roll-away and an inflatable bed are available if you need to squeeze in a couple more.
- Deposit
- Thirty to fifty percent to confirm, with the balance due sixty days before arrival.
- How to pay
- Bank transfer or card. Transfers save you four percent on longer stays and we pass that straight on.
- Repeat guests
- Ten to fifteen percent off, and first refusal on your dates before we open them up.
