We answer every enquiry ourselves, within a day and usually within a few hours. If the dates are free we will hold them while you think it over.

Pulled from our Airbnb and Vrbo calendars and refreshed through the day. Those platforms can take an hour or two to report a new booking, so treat a green date as very likely rather than guaranteed — we confirm every enquiry by hand before you pay anything.

How booking works

    You write

    Dates, how many of you, anything we should know.

  2. 2

    We reply

    Within a day. If the dates are open we hold them while you decide.

  3. 3

    You confirm

    Thirty to fifty percent to secure it, balance sixty days before you arrive.

  4. 4

    Paying

    Bank transfer or card. Transfers save you about four percent on longer stays and we pass that straight on.

  5. 5

    Before you land

    Arrival directions, gate code and Jan and Sonia's WhatsApp.
